Consistent Solution Nursing is an RN-led private duty home care company based in Stoneham, MA. We are hiring experienced live-in caregivers to support older adults in private homes and assisted living settings throughout Massachusetts.
This is a live-in caregiver position. The caregiver stays in the client’s home during the assignment, provides daily support, follows the care plan, assists with personal care, and helps maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
We are looking for dependable, experienced caregivers who understand the responsibilities of live-in care and can provide calm, respectful, professional support.
Pay: $2,000–$2,300 per week depending on case, schedule, and experience.
Service areas: Newton, Brookline, Weston, Belmont, Lexington, Concord, Wellesley, Needham, Danvers, and surrounding Massachusetts areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide live-in caregiver support in the client’s home
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
- Support safe transfers, walking, mobility, and fall prevention
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Assist with meals, hydration reminders, and light meal preparation
- Support clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s using patience and redirection
- Keep the client’s living area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow the care plan and document care as required
- Communicate with the office regarding changes, concerns, or updates
- Remain professional, reliable, and respectful at all times
Requirements:
- Must have prior live-in caregiver experience
- Must be comfortable staying in the client’s home during live-in assignments
- CNA or HHA preferred, but experienced live-in caregivers may apply
- Must reside in Massachusetts
- Dementia care experience strongly preferred
- Must be comfortable with hands-on care
- CPR certification preferred
- Must be reliable, patient, and professional
- Must pass required background checks
